凡是标题有“预订”字样的图书，发货时间均为“订单付款确认后的3-5周内”，如您对发货时间有特殊要求，请在工作日致电010-68433157后再决定是否下单。

预订图书退换货政策
您的预订图书订单执行后，除了图书采购成本外，我们还将产生如下费用：
美国内陆运费、国际运费、关税
这些费用一旦产生将无法退还，所有如果因为您的原因产生的退货或取消订单，将需要扣除这些费用（统一按所订购书款的20%扣除，最低40元起），敬请谅解。
Return policy:
After we confirm the order with publishers, except for books purchasing cost, we also charge the following expenses: inland freight of US, international freight, customs duties .These costs will not be refunded, So if due to your reasons to return or cancel the order, we will deduct these charges (according to 20% deduction of total price, RMB 40 minimum), please notice that.
如果因质量问题产生的退换货，不需要您承担任何费用。

Disclaimer

预售图书
凡是标题有“预售”字样的图书，发货时间均为“图书产品详情页标注的时间”，如您对发货时间有特殊要求，请在工作日致电010-68433157后再决定是否下单。
现货图书：
现货图书工作日14点前的订单，当天下午统一发出；法定节假日、周六暂不发货。由于周六库房休息，周五14点后的订单，将在周日或下一个工作日（周一）的发出，下单时请留意；需要开具发票的客户，发货时间可能在上述基础上再延后1-2个工作日；如遇其他特殊原因，对发货时间有影响的，我们会第一时间在网站公告，敬请留意。
