The last few chapters discuss epigenetic targeting and drug discovery for the central nervous system, for example, using exocytosis pathway as a target. This book provides several models, cross-sectional discussion on new approaches in drug screening, and lead findings and strategies for early drug discovery. Because different diseases can require their own targeting strategies, the book has chapters on the strategies for targeting Schizophrenia, pain and inflammation.
