It then discusses Quantum chromodynamics as a gauge field theory, functional integration, and Wilson lines and loops, before moving on to discuss gauge–fixing and Faddeev – Popov ghosts, Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin symmetry, and lattice methods.
