Part one is a topology of basic PWM DC-DC converters, non-isolated and isolated, part two handles the theory of control and part three focuses on classical devices as well as new devices. In each part,  a full line up of standard topics are lectured on. This second edition will: include new chapters; offer a more rigorous treatment of concepts across all chapters; take account of recent advances in the field of dc-dc power converters; offer more real-world application examples; feature more end-of-chapter problems, and finally, include expressions for the inductance required to operate the conductor in CCM and DCM at the converter efficiency lower than 100%. This especially important in low-voltage and high-current dc-dc power converters.
